The destructive type of innovations of the fourth industrial revolution on traditional spheres of trade is defined. The types of modern innovations related to the technologies of Industry 4.0 and form competitive advantages in successful global brands are identified and characterized, they are reviewed for the presence of common features inherent in its technologies and innovations in general. The influence of Industry 4.0 on the stages of introduction of the innovation process in international trade is analysed. It is established that at the stage of experimental implementation of innovations, omnichannel logistics, drones, and 3D printing have a high level of influence, which are trends in the miniaturization of the economy and the concept of «smart enterprise». An analysis of the impact of the trend of changes from Industry 4.0 innovations in international trade through the impact on consumer behavior and the functioning of business models of enterprises. The expediency of introduction of drones in the aspect of expansion of sales channels and receipt of goods on the basis of the omnichannel approach of increase of volumes of the international trade is proved. Existing and perspective spheres of application of drone logistics are analysed. A positive effect in terms of optimizing the cost of maintaining employees through the use of drones on the example of warehousing and fast delivery of goods to order. The problem of large-scale introduction of drones to exacerbate the issue of replacing workers in entire industries with artificial intelligence and the need to learn new professions is outlined. The influence of additive production on international trade by introduction of 3D printing technology is analysed, the spheres of its application and consequences of introduction are defined. The reality of the scenario forecast of development of 3D printing and its influence on subsystems of the international trade, chains of delivery of the goods, formation of stocks of raw materials and materials is considered. The possible consequences of the application of 3D printing technology for the field of intellectual property are described. It is proved that the key catalysts of Industry 4.0 at the level of international trade are innovations in the form of attracting drones to logistics supply and marketing systems and inventory optimization by expanding the scope of 3D reproduction techniques. © 2021, World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society. The article aims to develop a methodological principles and approaches to statistical analysis of demographic indicators that determine the main factors that make significant impact on demographic situation in the regions of Ukraine and define the impact on regional international situation. To achieve it, the author has analyzed the demographic development of the country and its regions based on the method of ranging and comprehensive evaluation using the cluster analysis method. Demographic trends of migratory and natural population movement in Ukraine and its regions have been compared and classified on the basis of comprehensive evaluation of demographic situation. Statistical data demonstrated that Ukraine and its regions are characterized by sharp differences in the matter of demographics. The best demographic situation is in the West and South parts of Ukraine, the worst is in the East and North parts of Ukraine. The uncertainty of the system leads to an increased risk of ineffective decisions, which may result in negative economic, technical and social consequences. The research considers the main structural elements of the strategy of developing the foreign economic potential of microeconomic systems. On the basis of calculations, the clear meaning of the indicators that are included in the groups defining the basic elements of the external economic potential is obtained. The algorithm of forming the strategy of development of the foreign economic potential of the enterprise is presented in the framework of the general approach to the organization of the process of increasing the foreign economic potential of microeconomic systems on the basis of a unified information system. As a result, it deepened the recession and diverged from the planned development indicators. In particular, this concerns international reserves of the National Bank of Ukraine and the country's budget deficit. Multilateral economic changes, exacerbated by the impact of hostilities in the Eastern part of the country have transformed the structure of socio-demographic processes in Ukraine. Armed confrontation causes a continuous deterioration of demographic and economic indicators of development not only of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, but also has an impact on the whole country. This confrontation is also accompanied by the loss (destruction, theft, etc.) of public assets. The estimated cost of destroyed components of industrial, communal, social, transport, energy and other infrastructure are indicative due to the inability to inspect objects located within the territory controlled by terrorist groups. The conflict has also affected the investment attractiveness of the country, which accelerates the creation of a depressed nature of country’s development. Therefore, in the context of hostility in the Eastern Ukraine, it is important to understand and study its destabilizing impact, not only on domestic economic and demographic indicators, but also on the volume of foreign investment, which will allow us to understand the level of country’s involvement in the global investment space and the real impact of military action on the population and on international economic affairs of Ukraine. As a result of this scientific research, the population and GDP forecast have been conducted. Analytical aspects of the impact of digital economy technologies on the virtualization of international trade on the basis of systematization of digitization scenarios and expert research of intergovernmental organizations and analytical agencies are analyzed. The main preconditions and challenges for the virtualization of international trade by levels: global, international, individual state, individual trading company, taking into account the independent motivation for change and the impact of public policy. Groups of business processes of international trading companies have been identified and are suitable for the introduction of technology for their transformation, which belong to the tools of the digital economy. The methodological bases of segmentation of companies in the context of their readiness for virtualization of processes in international trade on the basis of preliminary questionnaires of respondents are substantiated. The following types of international companies are established as: non-virtualized, partially virtualized, basic virtualized, companies with outsourcing of business process virtualization and virtualized companies. Виявлено, що після кризи 2008–2009 років роль ЄС у міжнародному русі капіталу знизилася. На політичному рівні наслідком цього процесу стало посилення регулювання інвестицій на наднаціональному та державному рівнях, що знайшло відображення у прийнятті законодавчих актів як Європейським Союзом, так і державами-членами інтеграційного об'єднання. Автор порівнює реакцію країн ЄС на кризи 2008–2009 та 2020–2022 років та визначає чинники, що вплинули на антикризові заходи у сфері іноземних інвестицій. Розглянуто перспективи ЄС як центру тяжіння іноземного капіталу в контексті суперництва зі США. Оцінено вплив російсько-української війни на рух міжнародного капіталу в країнах ЄС.
