    Predicting the number of public projects in the region as an indicator of economic stability

    The article examines the issues of submitting applications and receiving funding for public projects depending on the demographic situation in the region. It is shown that the activity of the population in submitting applications for community projects contributes to the effectiveness of investing in the development of cities and regions. The dynamics of project submission in connection with the permanent population of Khmelnytskyi region is analyzed. In the course of the analysis, it was found that women make up the largest share among both the population and those who submit social projects. According to age characteristics, in spite of an increase in the proportion of the older age groups, mainly younger and middle age groups of the population develop community-based projects. The gender trend identified during the study indicates that women are more active in local processes than men who more closely coordinate these projects with government agencies. According to these statistics, a forecast is provided as to allocation of funds for the public projects’ financing.

    Simulation of optimization processes of technological components when creating customer value

    The article accents that technological equipment of of production systems of all participants of the technological network provides not only the best functional characteristics of the final product, but also creates reserves in the formation of pricing. This is important for both the final manufacturer and each of the participants in the value network. It is argued, that technological excellence is achieved by the construction of an effective process control system. Those system covers both the control of the parameters of the technological processes involved in the production of products, and the identification of shortcomings in the production system. It is proved that the using of matrix models to optimize the technological component of the consumer value (in the form of product innovations) will allow the enterprise to manage, on the one hand, by reducing the costs of implementing the respective activities.. On the other hand, it is allows to maximize the contribution of the technological component to the creation of consumer value. Profitable negotiations for all participants of the technological network will be provided to the enterprise, and this will increase the level of profitability of the enterprise and the dynamics of its development.

    Підприємницька активність самозайнятих осіб в Україні: аналітичний аспект та особливості обліку в умовах невизначенності та ризиків

    У статті досліджено нормативно-правове регулювання діяльності самозайнятих осіб в Україні та особливості функціонування фізичних осіб-підприємців (ФОПів) у межах загальної та спрощеної систем оподаткування. Авторами виконано аналіз відмінностей між групами платників єдиного податку, їхні переваги та обмеження з позицій масштабування бізнесу, податкового навантаження та адміністративної складності. Узагальнено сучасні тенденції розвитку мікробізнесу в Україні, зокрема динаміку кількості самозайнятих осіб, відкриття та закриття ФОПів, регіональні диспропорції, галузеву структуру тощо. Окрему увагу приділено аналізу ризиків самозайнятості в умовах воєнної економіки, включаючи безпекові, фінансові, ринкові та соціальні чинники. Авторами зроблено висновки, що підприємницька активність самозайнятих осіб в умовах ризику та невизначеності в Україні демонструє високу адаптивність завдяки гнучкості спрощеної системи оподаткування, де вибір між групами ФОП стає інструментом антикризового менеджменту. Підприємницька активність самозайнятих осіб свідчить про збереження системної ролі мікробізнесу в економіці України поряд із двоїстим характером розвитку, зокрема характерні їм адаптивність та гнучкість, є наслідком підвищеного рівня ризику та вразливості мікробізнесу до зовнішніх впливів, регуляторних змін та коливань попиту. Самозайняті особи в умовах воєнної економіки стикаються з комплексом взаємопов’язаних безпекових, фінансових, ринкових і соціальних ризиків, що обмежують їхню стійність та можливості розвитку. Перехід між групами та використання цифрових інструментів звітності стають ключовими стратегіями виживання, що дозволяють мікробізнесу зберігати життєздатність навіть при критичних економічних і безпекових загрозах
