The effectiveness of the educational work of an academic group supervisor is largely determined by its planning. It should be clear and purposeful, which will help to avoid many mistakes and negative phenomena in the student group. The plan of educational work involves the realization of specific goals and objectives. Depending on the goal, each form of work has its own specifics and requires taking into account the needs, interests, individual characteristics of each student, the co-creation of teachers and students in organizing educational work, and the validity of educational activities.
