Анотація
Проведено аналіз методів оцінки якості деталей головних уборів об’ємнопросторової
форми.
Запропоновано фоторозрахунковий
метод для оцінки якості за коефіцієнтом формостійкості при використанні
аналітичного виразу, або растрового зображення.
The paper analyzes the existing methods for assessing the quality of threedimensional shapes of hats. The analysis found that using both contact and noncontact methods for quality assessment and identified their strengths and weaknesses. The aim of the paper is the development of noncontact method of assessing the quality and also tasked with developing software for contactless method. The authors proposed photo calculated method for assessing quality factor form stability using bitmap or analytical expression. The difference photocurrent method is that the calculation of the coefficient used form stability not height head headdress and pattern in a single (highest) point, and throughout the area. To implement the proposed method developed software "Assessing quality." This product allows you to minimize the cost of time and effort in assessing the quality and reduce the influence of the operator, which will provide additional strain off the form and give highly accurate results.
