Анотація
The possibility of creating high-entropic nitride, carbide, boride and oxide coatings on a solid T12A alloy was researched, and the pos-sibility of applying nitrides, carbides, borides and oxides of hafnium, zir-connium, molybdenum, tungsten, yttrium and nickel was considered.
