dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the publication is the scientific and theoretical justification of the cause-and-effect relationships from the pandemic and military conflicts to the acceleration of the digital transformation of international trade and logistics and the development of the IT segment in the world for these needs. It has been proven that the COVID-19 pandemic and military conflicts have accelerated and promoted the digital transformation of international trade and logistics, adapting them to the needs of life in a new social reality. It was established that the gaps in the digital transformation of business are related to the differentiation of the phases of digital development of companies and the lack of a standardized approach to the functioning of a single digital platform for the implementation of IT changes. The interrelationship and influence of Industry 4.0 on the reformatting of international trade on the Trade 4.0 model is substantiated, the role of the government in these processes is determined. It has been proven that the emergence of E-commerce Retail logistics (E-logistics) is a consequence of the digitalization of international trade. Cyber-attacks have been identified as key threats in the field of digital transformation of international trade and logistics during hybrid wars.
