Анотація
В роботі викладені аналітичні основи принципово нових підходів до формування абрисів деталей виробів
легкої промисловості за допомогою сплайнових кривих з криволінійними напрямними. Розглянуті головні варіанти
можливих комбінацій типів ділянок сплайнів, приведені всі необхідні для визначення положення точок кривої
сплайну формули. Матеріал може бути використаний для розробки програмного забезпечення автоматизованого
проектування абрисів деталей. Основною перевагою запропонованого типу кривих є спрощення процедури їх
проектування з одночасним забезпеченням більш точного відображення реальних деталей. Перевагами
розробленого методу є мобільність керування формою криволінійних кривих абрисів деталей із зниженням
порядку кривої, в тому числі – з кривизною різного напрямку, зокрема, що перш вагомо для кривих характерних
абрисів колодки та умовної розгортки колодки.
Abstract – The paper deals with innovative analytical approaches to forming of detail outlines of light industry products by using of spline curves with curved guides. Some specific questions relating to the classification and terminology concerning general splines and splines with curved guides in particular are determined. Different options of possible combinations of types of splines parts are considered, all necessary formulas for determining of the position of spline curve points are given. The material can be used for the development of software of detail outlines design. The main advantage of the proposed type of curves is simplification of design procedures while providing a more accurate representation of the real parts. The advantages of the developed method is the mobility of management of detail outlines curve shape with the reduction of the curve order including the different directions of the curvature that is characteristic for curves of outlines and conditional scan of pads.
