Наголошено на необхідності стратегічної орієнтації мотиваційної політики підприємства. Охарактеризовано засади
впровадження мотиваційного моніторингу у системі мотивації працівників.
Manufacturing control system, its mechanisms seek to implement optimal variant activities, to ensure a productive manufacturing according to strategic objectives of the enterprise. Strategically oriented staff motivation system will provide strategic conformity of workers, promote the full potential of all employees and directing efforts to achieve common corporate interests. The aim of the study is to justify the need for strategic orientation of motivational enterprise policy and characteristics of the basic principles of its formation. A strategic approach to the formation of motivational enterprise policy implies orientation of the personnel management to knowledge and competencies management. The information base for making management decisions in the field of staff motivation can be formed by introducing the enterprise system of motivation monitoring the labour activity of employees. Systematic monitoring the motivational labour activity environment is possible in case of a comprehensive analysis of such key issues as the effectiveness of the staff motivation system, degree of satisfaction of employees with the implemented system of motivation in the company, stability of staff due to the impact of incentive measures of the company. The introduction of a comprehensive system of continuous surveillance, creating a unified information space for evaluating the state of the motivational environment, effective support of management staff with information on the results of surveillance requires the development of reliable information system of motivational monitoring. Motivational monitoring system can be realized through the use of information software complex, which is characterized as a decision making support system. Motivation monitoring will enable to improve the methodology of scientifically based decision-making regarding staff motivation and their implementation on the basis of full and timely analysis. Monitoring the implementation of motivation system will enable to predict the most important proportions and structural changes in the motivational environment, identify and eliminate problematic aspects in the formation of strategic relevance of the staff. The effect of motivational monitoring can be estimated on the dynamics of productivity indexes, reached levels of product quality, competitive market position, the level of employee satisfaction with the implemented motivation system at the enterprise.
