Анотація
У статті виявлено сучасні тенденції промислового виробництва України, встановлено сутність поняття соціально- економічної мотивації, обґрунтовано основні засади формування мотиваційного механізму персоналу промислового підприємства.
The construction of a socially oriented market economy requires reformatting a system of motivation focused on improving production efficiency, welfare of the population, quality of working life. Increasingly important is the search for new motivational factors, among which the social component of motivation is a priority in modern conditions. The purpose of the article is to identify current trends of industrial production in Ukraine, establish the essence of the concept of socio-economic motivation, substantiate the basic principles of forming a mechanism of motivation for the personnel of the industrial enterprise. The industrial sector is of key importance to the domestic economy, and the indicators of its functioning are the main factor in the social and economic development of the country as a whole. The overcoming of negative trends in industrial development and the revival of economic growth is related to the necessity of introducing continuous organizational changes at the domestic enterprises, highly effective management, which will correspond to market and sectoral changes. In particular, in general management it is necessary to distinguish motivational management and its influence on the efficiency of the enterprise. The current practice of enterprises indicates a tendency for significant changes in the system of personnel motivation. Value orientations, motivational motives for work activity change. At the forefront are self-realization and self-development. At the labor market, the socio-economic motivation which, with the help of various social and economic levers and methods of influence on social partners, should provide the new quality of human labor in accordance with market demand is of paramount importance. Socio-economic motivation of the personnel of the enterprise, according to the author's approach, should be characterized as an internal process of awareness of the employee of a certain type of behavior, due to the system of motive motives of the individual and the influence of external factors, aimed at the effective implementation and harmonization of socio-economic goals of the worker and the enterprise. Socio-economic motivation is a complex dynamic system based on the corresponding principles, implemented at different levels of management, which are distinguished by the nature of the subject of motivation and acquire a concrete expression in the forms of relations between the actors of interaction. The reasonableness and validity of the motivational mechanism, its orientation is determined by the influence of various groups of internal and external, objective and subjective factors, related both directly to the employee, and with the subject of management, the professional group, the organizational environment, etc. Implementation of a systematic approach to ensuring effective socio-economic motivation at modern industrial enterprises of Ukraine will facilitate optimization of enterprise and personnel management, increase of efficiency of enterprise activity, and welfare of employees. The basis for ensuring effective motivation should be a motivational mechanism - a comprehensive tool for transforming potential motivation into a real, which leads to effective action.
