Анотація
У статті проаналізовано базові поняття, що визначають формування безпекоорієнтованого підходу, а саме:
«небезпека», «безпека», «економічна безпека підприємства», «система економічної безпеки підприємства». Запропоновано
авторське визначення понять: «небезпека», «безпека», «економічна безпека підприємства», «система економічної безпеки
підприємства». Під небезпекою автори розуміють об’єктивно існуючу реальність, що зумовлена сукупністю умов та / або
факторів, які можуть негативно відобразитися на діяльності будь-яких суб’єктів. Під безпекою – стан, що характеризує
захищеність від реальних і потенційних небезпек, загроз та ризиків. Під економічною безпекою підприємства – стан
захищеності усіх сфер, напрямів діяльності та інтересів суб’єктів господарювання від реальних і потенційних небезпек,
загроз та ризиків. Під системою економічної безпеки – сукупність взаємопов’язаних елементів, що взаємодіють з внутрішнім
та зовнішнім середовищем функціонування суб’єктів господарювання, і забезпечують захищеність усіх сфер, напрямів його
діяльності та інтересів від реальних і потенційних небезпек, загроз, ризиків. Досліджено складові системи економічної
безпеки підприємства, до яких, на думку авторів, слід включити фінансову, інтелектуально-кадрову, техніко-технологічну,
силову, інформаційно-комунікаційну, екологічну та політико-правову.
The article analyses the basic concepts of a security-oriented approach, namely: "danger", "security", "economic safety of the enterprise", "system of economic security of the enterprise". Author's definition of the concepts of "danger", "safety", "economic safety of the enterprise", "system of economic safety of the enterprise" is offered. The concept of "danger" in economic literature is interpreted differently, however, it is possible to distinguish several approaches to its essence, such as the state of the object, a combination of conditions and factors and objectively existing reality. The authors of the article define a threat as objectively existing reality, which is conditioned by a combination of conditions and / or factors that can negatively affect the activities of any subjects. Often, the definition of "security" is interpreted through the state, some authors reveal the essence of security as a qualitative certainty or characteristic, as well as a feature of an object. The authors of the article identify a safety as a state, which characterizes the protection against real and potential dangers, threats and risks. The definition of "economic security of an enterprise" is often interpreted as a condition of the efficient use of resources, development of a business entity and security. The authors of the article understand the economic security as the condition of protection of all spheres, activity directions and interests of economic entities from actual and potential dangers, threats and risks. "System of economic security of an enterprise" is often interpreted as a set of interconnected elements, however, there are some other definitions, such as a system of measures; as a complex formation; as a set of object, means of protection, normative base and organizational structures; as security resources; as an organizational subsystem of the enterprise; as a system that interacts with the surrounding environment. The system of economic security is defined by the scientists of the article as the set of interrelated elements that interact with the internal and external environment of the functioning of economic entities, and ensure the security of all spheres, directions of its activities and interests from real and potential dangers, threats, risks. The components (financial, intellectual, personnel, technical and technological, power, information and communication, environmental, political and legal) of the system of economic safety of the enterprise have been investigated.
