| dc.description.abstract | Labour activity is a key factor in the efficiency of the management of any enterprise or organization. It is a form of adapting the worker to the requirements and conditions of the technological process and the social environment, it reflects the characterological features of the employee's personality, serves as a unique means of man's influence on the surrounding production and social environment. Efficiency of management and achievement of general goals of the enterprise require the use of effective mechanisms for motivating employees' work. The high level of professionalism, the establishment of requirements for business qualities and competence of employees form the motive of the enterprise to significant changes in methods and forms to organize labour processes, training and staff training. The professional development of personnel will be facilitated by introduction of knowledge management policies at the enterprise, provision of strategic compliance of employees, and the coordination of the personnel motivation system with the established priorities of the enterprise activity. The purpose of the study is to establish the essence of the concept of motivation for professional development of personnel, identify current trends in training and professional development of personnel in EU countries, substantiate the basic principles of forming a system of motivation for the professional development of the enterprise personnel. World experience in manufacturing management shows that the decisive factor for its stable and long-lasting functioning, the progressive development is the introduction of a highly skilled management system of the enterprise in general and personnel in particular. It is the level of professional development of enterprise employees which is determined by its effective functioning. From the introduction of a systematic approach to the policy of employee development, the formation and application of a system of motivation of professional development of personnel at the enterprise will depend on the achievement of the company's positive results in the future. Personnel development management must be linked to the development of professional competencies of employees in accordance with the development strategy of the enterprise. The policy of industrial enterprises, which will be based on strategic planning in the field of professional development of personnel and a system of motivation of personnel for vocational training, will allow ensuring the rational use of workers according to their qualifications in accordance with their professional training; formation of the necessary level of labour potential of the enterprise team for minimizing costs; timely recruitment of workers in order to ensure uninterrupted operation of production, timely development of new products; the stabilization of staff due to the consideration of employees' interests, the provision of opportunities for qualification growth, etc. | uk_UA |
