dc.description.abstractМетою даного дослідження є розроблення інформаційної технології підтримки планування роботи викладача та кафедри закладу вищої освіти. У статті проведено моделювання руху інформаційних потоків при плануванні роботи викладача закладу вищої освіти, моделювання інформаційних потоків в процесі планування роботи кафедри закладу вищої освіти, а також запропоновано структуру інформаційної технології підтримки планування роботи викладача та кафедри закладу вищої освіти.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is the development of the information technology for support of the planning the work of the lecturer and department of higher education institution. The information flows in the planning of the work of the lecturer of the higher education institution (HEI) consist of types of work, that the lecturer can schedule for performing, units of their measurement and time norms (in hours), and of the tables for the planning of educational work, methodical work, scientific work, organizational work and upbringing work. The conducted modelling of the movement of information flows in the planning of the work of the HEI lecturer showed that it is necessary to develop an automated tool for the lecturer's planning. The information flows in the process of planning the work of the department of the higher education institution consist of the list of works and time assessments of lecturer'rs work for each section, and of the tables for planning the educational work, methodical work, scientific work, organizational work and upbringing work of the department. The conducted modelling of the movement of information flows in the process of planning the work of the department of HEI showed that due to the complexity, duration and routine of this work, it is necessary to develop the automated tool for planning the work of HEI department. The structure of information technology for support of the planning the work of the lecturer and department of HEI is developed, which provides a quick and easy planning of the work of HEI lecturer, and also automates the forming of the plan of the work of the department with the calculated number of hours for each section of the department's work and with the calculated total work of the department for the academic year.uk_UA
