Висвітлено важливість виробничого потенціалу для підприємства, можливі шляхи підвищення ефективності використання виробничого потенціалу, пошуку резервів та його відновлення за умов невизначеності.
The purpose of this article is to highlight the results of research on the production potential of the enterprise as a factor in uncertainty. The essence of the definition of «production potential» is the totality of inputs that represent the system and it has interaction and relationship. Structural model of the production potential consists of objective-subjective components that lead to the production of the maximum quantities of products. It should to analyze the efficiency and conduct the recovery phase of the production potential in conditions of uncertainty all the time. On the upper levels of management need to study in detail the conditions of uncertainty and try to prevent the negative impact on productive potential using software to overcome situations where firms have a large share of productive potential. Thus, the production potential is the major component the overall capacity. It is one of the basic parts of the economy and helps to ensure the stability of the enterprise.
