Анотація
За результатами аналізу динаміки рентабельності операційної діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств і
переробних підприємств харчової промисловості зроблено висновок про значний вплив на економічні результати останніх
постачальників ресурсів. Аргументовано, що це слугує головним демотиватором інвестування у розвиток переробних
підприємств, оскільки не забезпечує прийнятного рівня економічної віддачі. Доведено доцільність трактування дефініції
«економічна безпека підприємства» з позицій динамічного підходу і економічної результативності. Зазначено, що це дає
підстави обрати інструментом мінімізації впливу ризик-факторів і підтримання прийнятного рівня економічної безпеки
підприємства в ході реалізації стратегії розвитку Balanced Score Card. Вказано на необхідність залучення в процес її
розроблення ключових стейкхолдерів.
The problem of maintaining the economic security of domestic processing enterprises during realisation of strategic goals is actualised. Main features of different types of development are shown. Among them the features of constant development are pointed out. It is noted that maintaining constant development stability of processing enterprises requires systematic innovational renewal of production system. Basing on the results of comparative analysis between dynamics of profitability of operational activity of agricultural enterprises and processing enterprises of food industry the conclusion is made about considerable influence of resource suppliers on economic results of processing enterprises. It is reasoned that it serves as main demotivator for investing in development of processing enterprises because it does not provide the acceptable level of economic return. Basing on the analysis of factors that influence on the ability of an enterprise to maintain positive development dynamics it is proven that the treatment of definition “economic security of an enterprise” from the perspective of dynamic approach and economic performance is expedient. It is noted that it gives reasons to choose the Balanced Score Card approach as a tool for minimising the influence of risk factors and maintaining the acceptable level of economic security of an enterprise during strategic goals realisation. The necessity of attracting main stakeholders in a process of its realisation is pointed out.
