Анотація
У статті дослідженню ролі прямих іноземних інвестицій в реалізації євроінтеграційної стратегії України. Метою
статті є проведення комплексного аналізу поточного стану прямого іноземного інвестування в економіку України та
визначення подальших перспектив надходження ПІІ відповідно до нинішніх економічних та політичних реалій. У статті
розкрито сутнісні характеристики прямого іноземного інвестування, особливості надходження ПІІ в умовах нинішньої
соціально-економічної та воєнно-політичної кризи. Проаналізовано динаміку та структуру прямих іноземних інвестицій в
українську економіку за географічним розподілом з країн ЄС. При вирішенні поставлених завдань використовувались методи
статистичного аналізу, системного узагальнення, а також якісного і кількісного порівняння. Визначено, що екстенсивний
характер прямого іноземного інвестування, невідповідність структури інвестицій стратегічним завданням інноваційного
розвитку України спроможні спровокувати у довгостроковій перспективі системне розбалансування економіки. Визначено
роль держави у питанні покращення ситуації із залучення ПІІ відповідно до стратегічно важливих галузей та регіонів
національної економіки. На основі проведеного дослідження з’ясовано, що сьогодні Україна потребує системного
реформування економіки загалом та інвестиційної політики зокрема.
The article study the role of foreign direct investment in the implementation of European integration of Ukraine. The goal of this article is a comprehensive analysis of the current state of foreign direct investment into the economy of Ukraine and determines the future prospects of FDI under the current economic and political realities. The article describes the essential characteristics of foreign direct investment, especially FDI inflows in the current socio-economic and military-political crisis. The dynamics and structure of foreign direct investment in Ukrainian economy for the geographical distribution of EU countries have been opened. The methodological basis of research is leading national experts in the field of foreign direct investment. In solving the tasks used methods of statistical analysis, system synthesis, and qualitative and quantitative comparison. Determined that the extensive nature of foreign direct investment, investment structure mismatch innovative strategic objective of Ukraine able to trigger a long-term system unbalance the economy. Therefore, reasonable factors have a decisive influence on the formation of investment priorities in terms of strategic interests. Based on the research and the actual state of FDI in Ukraine, stated the future prospects of attracting and accumulating such investments. The role of the state in question to improve the situation of FDI according to strategic sectors and regions of the national economy has been identified. Based on the investigation it was found that Ukraine needs to reform the system and the whole economy, including investment policy.
