Анотація
В статті розглянуто окремі існуючі підходи до розуміння суті поняття «інвестиційна привабливість підприємства»,
визначено основні їх спрямування та перспективи використання. Досліджено методичні підходи до оцінки інвестиційної
привабливості, що застосовуються у практичній діяльності підприємств, визначено їх недоліки та перспективи використання.
Здійснена порівняльна характеристика методик оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємства, що ґрунтується на
показниках оцінки фінансового стану. Визначено переваги і недоліки та окреслено можливі перспективи використання.
The article deals with some existing approaches to the understanding of the concept of "investment attractiveness of the enterprise." The main disadvantages of them, as well as guidance and to assess the prospects of the enterprise. Investigated methodological approaches to assess the investment attractiveness are used in practical activity. The basic weaknesses and their prospects. Emphasized that the most effective method to use is based on an assessment of the financial condition of the company. The comparative characterization methods for assessing the investment attractiveness are based on performance evaluation of financial reporting (financial condition). Considered indicators of investment appeal in individual scientists. Outlined discussion questions on the use of certain indicators. The advantages and disadvantages and possible prospects are defined using valuation methodologies and indicators for assessment reveal its investment appeal of business entities.
