dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядаються основні етапи та сучасні тенденції соціально-комунікаційних процесів як визначальних чинників розвитку інформаційного суспільства. Особливості еволюції інформаційно-комунікаційного сучасного середовища (глобалізація, розвиток комунікаційних технологій, мережевих мультимедійних цифрових засобів зв'язку) є підтвердженням ефективності комунікації з точки зору історії, теорії, практики інформаційного ноосферогенезу.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article researches some issues of the communication environment such as: stages and modern trends of social and communication processes as the determinants of the development of the information society. The characteristic of the evolution in the information and communication modern environment (globalization, development of communication technologies, network multimedia digital communication facilities) is the confirmation of the effectiveness of communication in terms of history, theory, practice of informational noospherogenesis. One of the problems in the evolution of the communication environment is the preconditions of its formation in the context of the information society, information and communication technostructure, the development of global network Internet communications. The level of Internet development in each country is closely related to the overall level of development of telecommunications infrastructure and computerization in it. Information sphere is a component of a single informational space of society, along with technosphere and semiosphere. In the conditions of the information sphere, the new social-information organizations and institutions are formed that are integral elements of the social and communication environment. That is why this environment should be examined as a conditional model that guarantees the unity of at least two components: the information space and the information environment. This requires different approaches to the formation of a development of communication environment: resource or technological (storage and circulation of information for certain social tasks) and socio-cultural (means of communication and transmission, all phases of information exchange in society, etc.). Analyzing the social hierarchies in different historical periods of the development of the information society, we can observe the growth of social significance of the individual status, due to its functionally pragmatic, communicative, cognitive and competence characteristics as communicator of the modern environment. At the same time, the significance of social communication, processes, trends in the development of the communication environment in general is associated with the socialization of the individual, the development of his abilities, spiritual needs and the accumulation of cultural, historical global experience.uk_UA
