Анотація
В статті проведено дослідження щодо розуміння сутності поняття інвестиційної привабливості підприємства.
Проведені узагальнення дали змогу виділити основні напрями досліджень та окреслити їх основні характеристики.
Проведено систематизацію існуючих теоретичних підходів у розрізі перспектив розвитку підприємства, ефективності його
діяльності, фінансового стану, максимізації прибутку та мінімізації ризику, доцільності вкладень через комплекс
формалізованих критеріїв на основі загальноекономічних характеристик, ресурсного підходу. Визначено перспективи
використання.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical material and the concept of investment attractiveness of enterprise. The results of generalization made it possible to identify the main research fields and outline their main characteristics. Attention is paid to the way of systematization of existing theoretical approaches and five main fields have been identified as following: on the basis of perspective development, effectiveness of activity and management accounts; on the basis of income maximization, risk minimization; on the basis of expediency investments through the general economic characteristics; on the basis of resource approaching. In the article the author has determined their benefits and prospects. Each of the outlined fields has its own characteristic concerning the concept of investment attractiveness, performance measures and definition criteria. The author will continue the research work in such fields as: investment attractiveness of enterprises as a complex characteristic of such components: evaluation of the financial situation; performance evaluation of the enterprise; performance evaluation of its functioning.
