Систематизований перелік soft skills, необхідних для ІТфахівців,
розроблений їх реєстр. Описаний набір базових
знань, необхідних для напрацювання soft skills в процесі підготовки інженерівпрограмістів
напряму «Програмна
інженерія».
One way to improve the professionalism of IT professionals and their adaptation to the requirements of the labour market is the development of soft skills. The paper describes the concepts such as "hard skills" and "soft skills". Made their comparative characteristics. Found that professional success depends on soft skills. The article contains a list of the necessary soft skills for professionals of IT industry , which depends on their career. Designed register soft skills, which consists of four groups: personal effectiveness skills, communication skills, management skills, strategic skills. In process of training specialists field of "Software Engineering" students have the opportunity to acquire basic necessary knowledge for working soft skills within teaching "Group dynamics and communication" and "Project Management Software". Basic knowledge and corresponding soft skills which are designed , that having students learn within the following disciplines.
