dc.description.abstractВ статті досліджено значення управління людським капіталом в забезпеченні інноваційного розвитку країни. Визначено та обґрунтовано, що доступ до знань, успішне їх використання та впровадження в інноваційних продуктах, послугах та процесах стають головними джерелами конкурентоспроможності економіки, промислового розвитку та зростання продуктивності праці. Проаналізовано основні показники розвитку людського капіталу на світовому рівні та в Україні. Виділено основні тенденції та заходи держави щодо забезпечення ефективної інноваційної діяльності країни через її людський потенціал.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIn the article the importance of human capital management in providing innovative development investigated. Determined and proved that access to knowledge, it’s successful use and implementation of innovative products, services and processes are the main sources of economic competitiveness, industrial development and productivity growth. The basic indicators of human capital development at the global level and in the Ukraine analyzed. The main trends and measures of the State about ensure of effective innovation activity of the country through its human potential selected. Accelerating the integration of Ukraine into the world political and economic processes and the pressure increasing of globalization require transition to innovative methods and processes of human capital management, scilicet on the basis of administrative innovations. The investing in human capital promotes the innovative activity increase and receptivity to innovation, to accelerate innovation development of the State. Human capital management system is a part of internal organizational mechanism of management that provides administrative impact on human capital in process of achieving the targets. Achieving the goal of innovation development is carried out by solving the organizational support of the management of human resources process, depending on the specifics activities of the company, development strategy and external factors. Globalization and tough competition in world markets actualize the problem of novelty and quality of goods and services so innovation become the main vector of economic development of national economies and the growth of human capital indicators. The high level of country development is not possible without its own intellectual capacity, which today is an important factor of innovation development, combined with efficient and effective financial, economic, legal measures by the state.uk_UA
