Анотація
В статье на основании проведенного исследования сущности понятия “финансовый потенциал предприятия” установлены ключевые характеристики и уточнено определение финансового потенциала предприятия. Указана роль финансового потенциала и аспекты его влияния на иные составляющие структуры стратегического потенциала предприятия. Разработан организационный механизм процесса управления финансовым потенциалом предприятия в системе корпоративного управления. Дана краткая характеристика сути и особенностей составляющих разработанного организационного механизма процесса управления финансовым потенциалом предприятия в системе корпоративного управления.
In the article as the result of the investigation of the concept "the financial potential of the enterprise" we determined its main features and clarified the definition of the financial potential of the enterprise, as a combination of its own, raised and borrowed financial resources to achieve the company's strategic and tactical organizational goals. It is defined the role of the financial potential and the main aspects of its influence on the other components of the structure of the strategic potential of the company: production, management, and market potential. It is developed the organizing mechanism of the process of the management of the financial potential of the enterprise in the system of the corporate management. This mechanism makes it possible to consider interconnection, interdependence and mutual influence between the system of the corporate management and its component - the financial potential of the enterprise, for a more reasonable development of practical recommendations for increasing financial support for enterprises in accordance with the strategic directions of development. It was given the short description of the essence and peculiarities that compound the well-developed organizing mechanism of the process of the management of the financial potential of the enterprise in the system of the corporate management.
