dc.description.abstractThe problems of managing security became increasingly crucial in unstable economy Ukraine. The article examines the role and importance of proper management of labor potential in ensuring staff security. The aim of the article is to highlight the relationship and interdependence of labor potential quality and personnel security as one of the components of economic security. In this article it is proved that between achievement personnel security and development of labor potential there is positive feedback, because the basis of the management personnel security is human recourses. Staff organization affects all aspects of life, but also intrinsically linked to its economic security The employment potential of the company depends on the economic growth of the organization, its economic security, because successful enterprise has larger opportunity to invest in human capital.uk_UA
