dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано значення розвитку компетенцій персоналу для підвищення інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств. Розглянуто передумови формування та розвитку компетенцій працівників інноваційно активних підприємств. Виявлено основні чинники мотивації професійного розвитку персоналу. Визначено основні напрями, що забезпечують формування компетенцій у персоналу та підвищують його інноваційний розвиток. Запропоновано структурні компоненти підвищення компетенцій персоналу в системі забезпечення інноваційного розвитку підприємства.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article substantiates the importance of the development of personnel competences for enhancing the innovation activity of industrial enterprises. The preconditions of formation and development of competences of workers of innovative active enterprises are considered. It is emphasized that the process of increasing the innovation activity of the enterprise, based on the use of employees competent, that is necessary for the creation of innovations and their implementation, is characterized by the absence of favourable conditions (economic, organizational, legal) for efficient use of qualitative characteristics of personnel in innovation activity. The main factors of motivation of professional development of personnel are revealed. The basic directions, which ensure the formation of competencies in the personnel and increase its innovative development, are determined. The structural components of personnel competence enhancement in the system of providing innovative development of the enterprise are offered. It is proved that the use of a competent approach in providing innovative development of domestic enterprises requires the development of an effective mechanism based on the efficient use of human resources, raising wages, incentive measures, able to encourage industrial personnel to actively work, new methods for assessing the quality of work of personnel , improving its social security, investing in vocational training, internships and professional development of a personnel. It is proved that in order to implement the concept of increasing the competence of industrial enterprises, it is necessary to consolidate the efforts of the state, personnel institutions, managers, employees, as well as educational institutions in the direction of reforming the policy in the field of education and vocational training, employment and incomes, health care , social security, investing in human development, etc.uk_UA
