dc.description.abstractОбґрунтована необхідність і особливості формулювання рекомендацій щодо збалансування елементів механізму управління трудовим потенціалом підприємства як складової його підприємницького потенціалу. Конкретизовані видові прояви трудового потенціалу підприємства залежно від критерію аналізування. Встановлено, що у структурі трудового потенціалу підприємства слід досліджувати комплексно з необхідним рівнем деталізації окремі елементи. Викладені особливості формування механізму управління трудовим потенціалом сучасного підприємства.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractDynamic market development, socio-economic transformations of Ukraine need to solve a number of interrelated problems, involve the use of new theoretical approaches, applied tools that allow effective solution of the issues of ensuring the efficiency of business activity, reducing market risks, overcoming threats and, in general, managing complex socio-economic management systems of different levels. Efficiency of functioning and competitiveness of enterprises and other economic entities is made possible by the tools of management of its entrepreneurial potential, development of material and technical, structuralfunctional, social-labor and other elements of it. The necessity and peculiarities of formulating recommendations on balancing the elements of the mechanism of managing the labor potential of the enterprise as a component of its entrepreneurial potential are substantiated. Specific manifestations of the labor potential of the enterprise depending on the criterion of analysis. It is established that in the structure of the labor potential of the enterprise it is necessary to investigate complex elements with the necessary level of detail. The physical, social-psychological, intellectual, qualification, cultural-moral and innovative potentials of the employees, as well as the socio-economic and production-technical conditions of their realization are highlighted. It is concluded that this approach will allow to analyse both labor potential as a whole and each of its components, and on this basis to develop directions of managerial influences on its development and on the formation of entrepreneurial potential. The peculiarities of formation of the mechanism of labor potential management of the modern enterprise are outlined.uk_UA
