Досліджено її історичний генезис в контексті переходу від командної економіки до ринкової. Розглянуто потребу оптимізації соціальної системи забезпечення для виконання поставлених задач щодо реформування економіки України відповідно до потреб сьогодення.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractAnalyzes the principles and conceptual foundations of the social system of providing the population of Ukraine. Investigate its historical Genesis in the context of transition from a command economy to a market economy. The necessity of optimization of social system support to execute tasks on reforming of economy of Ukraine in accordance with the needs of today. Thus, the social security system of the population is a system of social relations, designed to meet the material needs of individuals from special funds through individual form of distribution, instead of a remuneration or as a Supplement to it in the cases provided for by law, subject to the seniority of the citizens or social factors or without regard to these circumstances. The essence of social security is the activity of the state concerning providing the person is guaranteed the minimum means of livelihood to secure an adequate standard of living in the conditions of command-administrative economy to the market conditions.uk_UA
