Анотація
У статті надана характеристика хімічного складу сапонітових аргілітів та зроблено висновок про
можливість отримання на його основі коагулянту для очистки стічних вод фарбувального виробництва
підприємств текстильної промисловості. Наданий коагулянт є змішаним коагулянтом, тобто містить у своєму
складі сульфати алюмінію та феруму (II) і (ІІІ). Це має ряд переваг перед застосуванням індивідуальних
стандартних коагулянтів. Для виробництва коагулянту використовується дешева сировина, що значно зменшує
собівартість продукту у порівнянні із стандартними коагулянтами, які у своїй більшості виробляються із
імпортної сировини. Досліджено ефективність дії коагулянту при очистці стічних вод, визначена оптимальна
доза коагулянту.
Abstract – In the article description of chemical composition of saponites mudstones is given and a conclusion is done about possibility of receipt on his basis to the coagulant for cleaning of flows waters of painting production of enterprises of textile industry. The given coagulant is the mixed coagulant, that contains in the composition the sulfates of aluminum and iron (ІІ) and (III). It has the row of advantages before application of individual standard coagulants. For the production to the coagulant cheap raw material, which considerably diminishes the prime price of product in comparing to the standard coagulants which in the majority are made from the imported raw material, is used. It is investigational efficiency of action to the coagulant at cleaning of flows waters, an optimum dose is certain to the coagulant.
