dc.description.abstractУ статті проведено аналіз основних проблем розвитку кадрового потенціалу готельного господарства в Україні. Досліджено основні фактори, що впливають на процес формування кадрового потенціалу готельного бізнесу в країні. Визначено стратегічні напрями розвитку та охарактеризовано основні компоненти потенціалу для покращення ефективності роботи підприємств готельної індустрії. Зроблено висновок, що система кадрового забезпечення готельного господарства України перебуває на стадії формування та вимагає значних зусиль щодо узгодження кількісного та якісного (бакалавр, магістр) рівнів підготовки нових спеціалістів з потребами готельних підприємств.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe hospitality industry, which employs millions of people who serve the ever-increasing flow of tourists, is the particular importance in the development of the global economy, working in tourism firms, hotels, catering, cultural and recreational organizations, advertising and security agencies, transport and security agencies. The active development of the hotel complex, the significant increase in the number of hotel, restaurant and tourist enterprises, the growing needs for human resources with optimal quantitative and qualitative indicators, accounting for demographic factors are forcing us to take a new look at the problems of formation and development the personnel potential of the hotel complex. Given the gradual integration into the world community, the development of the human resources enterprises in Ukraine and the general further tendency towards convergence of socioeconomic systems different countries not only make it possible to improve competitive positions in the domestic and world markets of goods and services, but are an indispensable condition for its existence. The exercise by each citizen of the state of their rights to work and a decent life. The personnel system of the hotel industry in Ukraine is at the stage of formation and requires considerable efforts to harmonize quantitative and qualitative (bachelor, master) levels of training of new specialists with the needs of hotel enterprises.uk_UA
