Анотація
У статті розглянуто глобальні екологічні проблеми в системі національної безпеки, основні з яких було
класифіковано та досліджено. Ірраціональне використання природних ресурсів призводить до скорочення кількості корисних
копалин, що вже в близькому майбутньому може призвести до кризи. Шкідливе виробництво забруднює довкілля, адже світ
не прагне до переходу на альтернативні види енергії, а підприємства не поспішають займатися проблемою утилізації
відходів, просто їх викидаючи. Визначено основні напрямки, яких необхідно дотримуватися для збереження і відновлення
ресурсів. Окремо виділено роль альтернативних видів енергії та регіонального співробітництва. Для захисту навколишнього
середовища рекомендується розвивати регіональну стратегію та раціонально використовувати природні ресурси кожної
держави європейського регіону.
The purpose of the article is to identify and analyse global environmental problems and ways to address them in the national security system. The ill-conceived and active human activity, accompanied by environmental pollution, has led to global environmental problems. To resolve them, it is necessary to select and identify them. Environmental problems were analysed using analysis and comparison methods. The theoretical generalization was used to provide recommendations for the conservation of natural resources. In this article, global environmental problems and possible solutions were considered and analysed. There are quite a lot of global problems, but the main ones have been highlighted and classified. Uncontrolled human activity has led the planet to a crisis situation. As a result, the atmosphere is polluted, the biosphere is destroyed, the hydrological and lithosphere are changed, which increases and accelerates the process of self-destruction of mankind as a result of neglect of nature and humans own activities. Therefore, it is necessary to find the most effective integrated international approaches for solving these problems. After all, the cleaning and disposal of harmful substances, the protection of the environment requires extra high costs. Humanity sees this as a threat for economic losses, the collapse of the economy. In order to solve global problems, a global association is needed to implement the main areas of environmental protection, conservation, rational use and restoration of natural resources, the search for alternative forms of energy and constant international cooperation. Pollution of the environment is a global problem, however, many developed countries are looking for solutions for this problem. One of the possible solutions for such problems is the transition to the production of environmentally friendly products and the search for alternative types of energy. At this stage of human development, in many developed countries, alternative energy types such as solar, wind, hydropower are used. It is also recommended to replace the use of non-recreational types of resources with recreational. Otherwise, mankind may face fuel, energy and other crises due to the exhaustion of resources. Developing countries need to be involved in regional and international cooperation in addressing environmental issues. Since most of large industrial and manufacturing enterprises in developing countries are not concerned with waste and pollution problems, it is necessary to legislate the responsibility for the emission of harmful waste and pollution, and also to adhere to the polluter pays principle. The practical value of the research is to use the suggested methods of rational use of natural resources such as carefully and rationally use what the environment gives us, primarily non-renewable resources; to form a new technological culture aimed at the development of non-waste technologies; to look for alternative energy sources that do not destroy the environment and so on. For solving global problems proposed such sources of resources as uniting countries around the world to solve environmental problems; assistance to economically developed countries in developing countries; application of economic instruments for environmental quality management and so on.
