dc.description.abstractОхарактеризовано рівень інноваційного розвитку України; необхідність дієвої економічної політики держави щодо активізації інвестиційно-інноваційних процесів. Висвітлено підходи до трактування поняття «інтелектуальний капітал», основні взаємопов’язані елементи, які наповнюють і аргументують інтелектуальний капітал. Дано авторське визначення поняття «інтелектуальний капітал» та його значимість в системі забезпечення інноваційного розвитку країни.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe level of innovative development of Ukraine is characterized (including on the basis of ratings of international institutions), the necessity of effective investment and innovation policy of the state, which should be aimed at activation of investment and innovation processes, which will lead to obtaining expected results from investment and innovation activity. The consequences of the country's inability to innovate or delay with the necessary changes are identified. It is substantiated that intellectual capital at the present stage of civilizational development is a key component in the system of ensuring innovative development and competitiveness of the economies of the countries of the world, the main asset of competitive struggle, production and profit generation by economic entities. The approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "intellectual capital", the main interrelated elements that fill and argue intellectual capital are covered. The author defines the concept of "intellectual capital" as capital in the form of human intelligence (including artificial intelligence generated by human intelligence, though already capable of elements of consciousness today) as a resource and intellectual products of different nature (including intellectual property, artificial intelligence as a product of intellectual labor). The author focuses on artificial intelligence as a driving force for technological progress in an increasingly digital world. Both the value of the results of the use of artificial intelligence and the probable future problems of controllability (i.е., getting out of control of a person, disobedience of technique-work to the team that created it, giving its creation the ability to make decisions), the problems of the system of cultural values of artificial intelligence are noted. It is noted that effective implementation of intellectual capital is a key component of successful reforms in all countries, and the knowledge embodied in technology and technology is a key factor in the growth of gross domestic product. It is substantiated that in order to ensure economic and socio-cultural development of any country, an effective, efficient system of formation and use of intellectual capital and intellectual property is required.uk_UA
