Статтю присвячено дослідженню позитивних і негативних аспектів застосування аутсорсингу в міжнародній
діяльності підприємств. Оцінка застосування аутсорсингу в діяльності вітчизняних підприємств свідчить, що аутсорсинг є
дієвим інструментом у підвищенні гнучкості та конкурентоздатності підприємства.
The article investigates the positive and negative aspects of the use of outsourcing in international and national activities. The authors reflected in Article Moving forward and disadvantages of outsourcing by domestic enterprises. Evaluation of the use of outsourcing of domestic enterprises shows that outsourcing is an effective tool in improving the flexibility and competitiveness of the company. Results of the study can be used in the practice of domestic enterprises and for further research in the field of outsourcing.
