Анотація
У даній статті автор детально аналізує стан та основні тренди розвитку електронної комерції у світі, оцінює
вітчизняний ринок електронної комерції та робить узагальнений прогноз розвитку онлайн-торгівлі в Україні. Спочатку автор
дає узагальнене визначення суті електронної комерції та обґрунтовує перспективність її розвитку. На основі критичного
аналізу статистичних даних та інших інформаційних джерел автор формує рейтинг країн за розвитком електронної комерції
та визначає у ньому позицію вітчизняного онлайн-рітейлу. Детальний аналіз світової практики розвитку електронної торгівлі
дав змогу визначити основні вектори цього процесу у світовому масштабі, а проведений експеримент взаємодії із суб’єктами
вітчизняного та закордонного онлайн-бізнесу – визначити їх переваги та недоліки, а також сформувати прогноз щодо
розвитку вітчизняної електронної комерції.
The purpose of this study is to determine the nature and prospects of e-commerce, the definition of its state and major global trends, as well as the assessment and forecasting of the development of e-commerce in Ukraine. To achieve this goal, a range of research objectives was defined, among which: 1) the study of the essence and factors of the effectiveness of ecommerce; 2) the study of the world and domestic e-commerce market in terms of turnover, the formation of the rating of countries and the definition of Ukraine’s position behind the level of e-commerce development; 3) determining global trends in the development of e-commerce; 4) conducting an experiment of interaction with domestic and foreign representatives of online retail in order to assess their activities, identify strong and weak positions, and also formulate a forecast for the development of ecommerce in Ukraine. After studying different approaches to the definition of the essence of e-commerce, the author gives his generalized definition, which defines the essence of e-commerce in the interaction of the commercial nature of market entities (consumer, industrial, domestic, international) through modern information systems, their networks and technologies. The main factors of efficiency and priority development of this type of business are the infinity of the sales market, minimization of distribution costs, which makes it possible to sell goods and services at low prices (compared to traditional trade), the possibility of using a wide range of methods to promote goods and services, providing round-the-clock and year-round access. to the world commodity resources and much more. Based on a critical analysis of statistical data and other information sources, the author forms a ranking of countries beyond the level of e-commerce development, determines in it the position of Ukraine and world trends in the development of this type of business. And the experiment conducted on interaction with domestic and foreign representatives of online trading helped to identify their strengths and weaknesses, which formed the basis for the formation of the main hypotheses and forecasts for the development of e-commerce in Ukraine.
