В статті розглянуто підходи до поняття «інвестиційна привабливість регіону» у розрізі авторів. Розглянуто зміст
інвестиційної привабливості за нормативними документами. Окреслено основні характеристики інвестиційної привабливості.
Виокремлено напрями дослідження інвестиційної привабливості. Виділено основні недоліки існуючих підходів до оцінки
інвестиційної привабливості.
The purpose of the article is to investigate the concept of investment attractiveness of the region and summarize the directions of its evaluation. It is important to identify the main disadvantages of existing destinations. Investment attractiveness depends on the level of development of the region. The article discusses approaches to the concept of "investment attractiveness of the region" in the context of authors. The content of investment attractiveness according to normative documents is considered. Scientific and methodological understandings of the concept are investigated. The directions of estimation of investment attractiveness are generalized and the expediency of their use in the analysis is substantiated. Grouped the signs of investment attractiveness according to the directions of its evaluation. The main characteristics of investment attractiveness in terms of directions are outlined. Areas of research of investment attractiveness are distinguished. Assessment of business opportunities. General conditions of functioning of the region are evaluated. The economic base and the state of the budget of the region are studied. Living environment is studied. The characteristic of the ratio of the level of profitability and the level of investment risk is considered. The level of development of market relations and commercial infrastructure of the region is investigated. The tax system is being characterized. The economic and geographical situation is being studied. Natural resource potential is explored. Consumer market capacity is evaluated. The efficiency of the work of scientific-educational and research organizations is evaluated. The development of financial and credit institutions is being established. Investment risks are examined. The main shortcomings of the existing approaches to the assessment of investment attractiveness are highlighted. Time requirements require systematic approaches in the areas of assessment. Require elimination of duplication, repetition and branching of characteristics (indicators) in the areas of research. They need to link the industry's investment attractiveness, level of risk and security.
