Анотація
Досліджено тенденції останніх етапів розвитку ринку M&A у взаємозв’язку із впливом світових кризових
явищ в контексті сценаріїв виходу економіки з кризи. Доведено можливість очікування та орієнтації в наступні
роки щонайменше на два сценарії на ринку M&A: сценарій «L», що є найбільш важким сценарієм виходу світового
ринку M&A зпід
впливу кризових явищ, коли після спаду відновлення ринку M&A відбудеться після дуже тривалого
періоду, та сценарій «W» у його варіанті powerW,
коли на тлі менш потужного другого етапу спаду характерним
буде різке оновлення.
