Анотація
Рассмотрены закономерности формирования детонационных покрытий CrSiB.
Показано влияние
технологических параметров напыления на формирование износостойких покрытий, способных сохранять
эксплуатационные свойства в экстремальных условиях трения. Рассмотрены состав, структура и
триботехнические свойства покрытий и их зависимость от скорости, давления, температуры.
The characteristics of the formation of detonation coatings CrSiB. Shows the effect of process parameters deposition on the formation of wearresistant coatings, capable of maintaining performance in extreme conditions of friction. Examined, composition and the tribological properties of the coatings and their dependence on the speed, pressure and temperature. It is shown that the wear resistance of detonation coatings CrSiB working in extreme conditions, the friction caused by stable expression of the structural adaptability due to friction in the process of forming ultrafine with oriented structure, secondary structures that act as solid lubricants in the circumstances of friction. From the energy point of view this transformation secondary structures can be regarded as adequate basic adaptation mechanisms in the surface layers of the friction structural adaptability. Thus, coatings CrSiB have a high performance friction in the absence of lubrication over a wide loadspeed and temperature range of external influences, and can be recommended for protection under extreme tribological conditions of friction.
