dc.description.abstractThe sequence of formation of estimation and increase of production potential has been constructed in the article taking into account the foreign economic activity of the enterprise, activation of export-import operations and the risks arising on the external market of the company's functioning. The purpose of the study is to formulate a sequence of evaluation and enhancement of the production potential of the enterprise in its foreign economic activity and management of risks occurring on the foreign market. A sequence of formation of the production potential of the enterprise in its foreign economic activity was proposed on the base on the analysis of the approaches to estimation and management of the enterprise potential. A list of necessary procedures for increasing production potential was proposed at each stage and measures to reduce the risks of the company's activities both in the domestic and foreign markets were proposed by the author. Increasing of the production potential of machine-building enterprises in the integration processes of functioning requires a wide range of actions from management stuff, the adoption of balanced management decisions and the choice of strategy for their further functioning in the foreign market. The structure of the management system of the production potential of the enterprise must be consisted of "Subsystem of risk management, constraining the formation of the development of production potential of the enterprise" and the subsystem "Localization of containment risks to increase the production potential".uk_UA
