Анотація
Розглянуто основні етапи розвитку інформаційних систем та особливості розв’язання функціональних
задач управління. Визначено важливість характеру інформаційного й математичного забезпечення для
розв’язання функціональних задач з використанням систем підтримки прийняття рішень та забезпечення
комп’ютерною підтримкою прийняття рішень зі слабоструктурованих та неструктурованих проблем
організаційного управління.
The article deals with the main stages of the development of information systems and features of the solution of functional management problems. It is determined the importance of the nature of information and mathematical support for solving functional problems with the usage of decision support systems and providing computer support for making decisions from weakly structured and unstructured organizational management problems. At the stages of the development of information systems of the organizational type, the structure and abundance of data and computational procedures have changed significantly and become criteria for the allocation of generations of these systems. The development of information systems, especially the solution of functional problems, depended on the nature of information and mathematical support. Information systems, known as "Management Information System", which main function is to provide information management, are characterized by a structured flow of information, integration of data processing tasks, generation of requests and reports. Data models and dictionaries are widely used to describe the data. Effective forecasting involves the presence of a system of support for decision-making by the mathematical apparatus of methods in forecasting and experience of models application. The purpose of applying decision support systems is to increase the manager's ability and ability to make correct and scientifically sound decisions. The main types of using systems are the text DSS, hypertext DSS, oriented for using databases and data warehousing databases, table DSS, oriented on the models DSS, hybrid DSS. These systems have features that allow users to receive information or knowledge from an information system that has been programmed and configured by the user to take into account the experience of the user and his enterprise, as well as the capabilities of mathematical models and data warehouses that improve the quality of decision-making. The further development of information systems leads to the construction of computing environments that include e-commerce, new analytics capabilities, collaborative collaboration opportunities, design, and development of new products.
