У статті досліджено сутність інноваційних технологій у сфері ресторанного господарства. Доведено, що
найважливішими інноваційними технологіями є інформаційно-комп’ютерні технології, які дозволяють значно спростити та
оптимізувати низку специфічних для цього бізнесу процесів. Проаналізовано переваги від застосування інноваційних
технологій у сфері ресторанного господарства.
The aim of the article is generalization of possible innovative technologies in a restaurant economy and determination of advantages from introduction of innovations in establishments of restaurant economy. In the article an innovation is considered in the field of a restaurant economy and additional services that is offered in modern establishments of restaurant economy are described. It is set that innovations play a large role development of restaurant economy, are the result of increase of consumer demand and require permanent changes. The set of additional services is offered, using that it is possible to bring over visitors to the restaurants and promote efficiency of their functioning. It is well-proven that major innovative technologies are informativelycomputer technologies that allow considerably to simplify and optimize the row of specific for this business processes. Advantages are analysed from application of innovative technologies in the field of a restaurant economy. Certainly, that understanding of essence of innovative technologies gives an opportunity to the enterprises of restaurant economy more effectively to carry out the activity, promote effectiveness of functioning of enterprise and competitiveness at the market. It is marked that in the conditions of increase of necessities of population, only on the basis of providing of complex rest of clients of restaurant economy on innovative basis it is possible to attain a desirable result in given to the type of business. It is therefore needed to develop proprietors and inculcate in realization different innovative methods and technologies that would improve a visit and brought over the all greater amount of potential consumers to the establishment.
