dc.description.abstractПроведено аналіз процесів руйнування матеріалів в підготовчих процесах швейно-взуттєвих виробництв. Визначено характерні етапи руйнування та діючі зусилля на робочі органи машин та механізмів. Проведено дослідження процесів руйнування в кожній з характерних фаз. Обґрунтовано доцільність розробки загального підходу до визначення процесів руйнування матеріалів незалежно від виду ріжучо-колючих технологічних операції та робочих інструментів.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractDevices with mechanical work tools are fairly common groups of light-equipment industry. Many mechanisms of this group serve tools, which appointment to perform cut and thrust technology operations. Thus there is a violation of the integrity of the material, its local destruction and the following types of operations like piercing, cutting, thrusting, marking, and others. Working tools destroys material by several phases. The main aspect of this process is the interaction strength of the blade with material and the parameters that characterize the process, cutting force and thus destroying the emerging tensions. The research allowed to determine the general phase of destruction materials that are used in sewing and shoe industries. The necessity of developing a common approach to determining destruction processes materials regardless of the type of cutting-thrusting technology operations and tools. Determine the main characteristic of processes in each phase of destruction.uk_UA
