Анотація
В статті досліджено теоретичні та методичні аспекти розробки механізму формування власного капіталу банку.
Виділено його структурні складові елементи та розкрито їх сутність. Застосування системного і функціонального підходів у
дослідженні управлінського процесу дозволило представити структуру та модель механізму формування власного капіталу
банку.
The aim of the article are substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles of managing the equity capital of banking institutions and develop scientific and practical recommendations about the construction of the mechanism of formation of the bank equity capital in conditions of economic instability. In the article the theoretical and methodical aspects of the development of the mechanism of formation of the bank equity capital have been researched. Its structural components have been identified and their essence has been described. The model of the mechanism of formation of the bank equity capital has been constructed. It consists of two blocks: forming and functional. The forming block includes: purpose, objects, subjects, principles, functions, methods, levers, provision. The functional block includes the components of the process of forming the bank equity capital: the development of a strategy of the formation of equity capital, the definition of the required amount of equity, the assessment and selection of an optimal source of capital increase, optimization of the equity capital structure, assessment of the sufficiency of equity capital, calculation of opportunities for the effective use of bank equity capital, monitoring of formation of bank equity capital. Thus, the peculiarities of each of the above components of the mechanism of formation of equity capital determine the nature of the banking institution as a system and create conditions for achieving the goal. Despite the fact that the constituent elements of the equity capital formation mechanism are presented in general terms, the mechanism for each bank is individual and needs to take into account many aspects, from the definition of goals to the implementation of the program, depending on the available resources.
