У статті розглянуто сучасні аспекти формування ефективної системи планування підвищення
економічного потенціалу підприємства. Автором обґрунтовується впровадження системного підходу до
планування та розділення планів по різних рівнях з їх подальшою інтеграцією в єдину систему. Доводиться, що
тільки багаторівнева система планування на підприємстві, здатна інтегрувати в себе систему планування
підвищення економічного потенціалу. Аналізується проблема поєднання планів підвищення економічного
потенціалу різної спрямованості на підприємствах машинобудування.
The article deals with the modern aspects of effective planning to raise the economic potential of the company . The author argues the implementation of a systematic approach to planning and division plans on different levels and their subsequent integration into a single system. It is shown that only a multilevel planning system in the enterprise, able to integrate a planning system increase economic potential. The problem of the combination of plans to improve the economic potential of various kinds in the mechanical engineering . The system of planning to raise the economic potential of the company within the overall system of strategic management and planning of the company . Proposed options for implementing development strategy ( development strategies ) as borrowed resources for such purposes . Determine the process of decision making in the implementation of strategies to raise the economic potential of the company .
