dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто основні потоки економічної інформації на машинобудівному підприємстві. Автором детерміновано поняття якості економічної інформації у формі поєднання таких її характеристик як достовірність, достатність обсягів, своєчасність надходження та представлення, що дозволило розглядати таку інформацію як товар. На основі цього запропоновано враховувати динаміку характеристик економічної інформації на підприємстві протягом всіх етапів її життєвого циклу. Описано динаміку таких характеристик інформації як рівень її використання, витрати на її обслуговування, цінність і якість на кожному із шести запропонованих етапів життєвого циклу. Автором сформовано узагальнену структурну схему проходження основних типів інформаційних потоків на машинобудівному підприємстві та запропоновано напрями для зменшення затрат щодо їх формування.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the main flows of economic information at the machine-building enterprise. The author determined the concept of economic information quality in the form of a combination of her characteristics, such as reliability, sufficiency, timeliness of receipt and presentation, which allowed us to consider the information as a commodity. On this basis, it is proposed to take into account the dynamics of economic information characteristics at the enterprise during all stages of the information life cycle. The author describes the dynamics of such characteristics of information as the level of its use, the cost of its maintenance, value (importance) and quality at each of the six proposed stages of the life cycle. The article presents a generalized structural diagram of the main types of information flows in the machine-building enterprise and offers ways for reducing the costs of their forming. Among the ways to reduce the cost of generating economic information flows at a machine-building enterprise are: strengthening financial control by generalizing all financial activity; optimization of enterprise resource management; planning and implementation of propositions to optimize costs on the forming and servicing of information flows; optimization of human resources and labor costs by organizing optimal information flow and so on. Because the external flows of economic information initiate events and processes within the enterprise we need do integration of the information flows at the base of interaction of such subsystems as: financial management, production management, personnel management, resource and logistics management, service management, etc. The integration and automation of information flows should take into account the dynamics of such basic characteristics of financial and economic information like the level of information using, indicators of its value and quality, and also need to take into account the costs of servicing information at all stages of its life cycle. The author proposes to implement a tool for measuring and evaluating the characteristics of economic information at the module level of an enterprise information management system in order to ensure efficient management of information and material flows.uk_UA
