Анотація
У статті висвітлено сутність міжнародної міграції робочої сили, набуття особливостей міграції в
умовах глобалізації. Розглянуто економічні та неекономічні чинники впливу на міжнародну міграцію робочої сили. Досліджено аспект української міжнародної міграції. Запропоновано заходи щодо вдосконалення
міграційної політики в Україні.
The article covers the essence of the international migration of the labor force, the acquisition of the peculiarities of migration in the conditions of globalization. The economic and non-economic factors influencing the international migration of the labor force are considered. International labor migration and participation in it of Ukraine are researched. Some suggestions on improving migration policy in Ukraine are presented.
