Анотація
Охарактеризовано особливості реалізації конкурентної стратегії підприємств готельно-ресторанного бізнесу.
Наведено етапи процесу формування стратегії конкуренції підприємств готельно-ресторанного бізнесу. Розроблено схему
виявлення напрямів розвитку інноваційного потенціалу підприємств готельно-ресторанного бізнесу для реалізації
конкурентної стратегії.
The competitiveness of hotel and restaurant business has to be provided by effective management that can generate competitive advantages in the most sensitive fields for public good customers. Such fields have to be the basis for selection of their strategy, which has to be competitive, helping to strengthen the competitive position of the company and at the same time its stability. The process of competitive strategy forming of hotel and restaurant business companies necessarily must include certain stages: which have been shown in this article. Hotel and restaurant business is - a powerful mechanism that actively operates, develops and plays an important role in enhancing the effectiveness of social production. Its goal is to meet a variety of domestic, economic and cultural needs of guests and provide a number of services. An important element in justifying competitive strategy of hotel and restaurant business is to assess their ability to create a new product or service. This ability has to be determined by the enterprises innovative potential. If the enterprises innovative potential consorts with its activity goals the realization of competitive strategy can provide quantitative growth of business. The scheme identifying potential areas of innovation of hotel and restaurant business to implement competitive strategies has been elaborated in this article.
