Анотація
Визначено необхідність застосування методу статистичного моделювання в аналізі економічних показників
діяльності промислового підприємства. Сформовано етапи та основні завдання дослідження взаємозв’язку між факторними
та результативними показниками трудової діяльності персоналу із врахуванням поведінкової компоненти. Розраховано
поведінкові показники трудової діяльності на промисловому підприємстві. Встановлено форму і вид множинної залежності
між поведінковими та результативними показниками діяльності промислового підприємства.
In contemporary conditions an important issue is imperfection of the information-analytical support research of various aspects of labour activity. In these conditions the practical realization of statistical evaluation the interconnection behavioural and results indicators of industrial enterprises are important and actual. In article are determined the necessity of applying the method of statistical modelling to analyze the economic performance indicators of industrial companies. Stages and the main objectives of the research of the interconnection between the factor and the effective rate labour activity of personnel taking into account the behavioural components are formed. The behavioural indicators of labour activity at the industrial enterprise are calculated. The form and type of multiple interconnection between behavioural and results indicators of industrial enterprises are established
