dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено еволюцію криз у соціально-економічних системах, розглянуто та систематизовано причини їх виникнення. Проаналізовано кризи в економіці України, причини виникнення та наслідки їх дії. Встановлено, що у посткризові періоди економіка країни розвивалась лише за рахунок екстенсивних чинників, залишилась енергозатратною, низькопродуктивною та неконкурентоспроможною. Визначено шляхи подолання кризових явищ та пріоритети розвитку національної економіки.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe world economic system develops cyclically, recurring periods of ascents and recessions, turning points, disturbances of the equilibrium, accompanied by crisis phenomena. Crises do not arise on their own, as a rule, they are preceded by certain events or significant transformations in the development of productive forces associated with the processes of distribution, exchange and consumption, inherent in all socio-economic systems. It is believed that the crisis as well as a stable state is equally necessary for the developing system. Although the crisis provokes negative tendencies in the system's life, it violates its stability, it may also be the carrier of a radical update. The evolution of crises in socioeconomic systems of macro- and mega-levels over the past three centuries was researched. The causes of crises were systematized and analysed. The points of view of the classics were considered and their opinions were generalized. The main cause of the crises was identified as unfairness in the distribution of results produced by economic systems and the contradiction between investing, production and consumption. The Ukrainian economy was analysed during the period of independence, three crisis periods in its development were determined. It was established that during the post-crisis periods, the country's economy developed only at the expense of extensive factors and was energy-intensive, low-productive and uncompetitive. The reasons for the emergence of crises in the Ukrainian economy were considered and summarized, and the consequences were analysed. Priorities for the development of the national economy were identified in the article. In Ukraine today, a model of the economy will take on the features of an oligarchic-monopolistic, with a high level of corruption, rather than a market economy. Such a state of the economy requires a systemic policy, urgent anti-crisis measures and real reforms that will be aimed at supporting technological modernization of the industry, without any products that are competitive on the external, domestic markets. But, the priority measures are technological modernization of industry and real overcoming of corruption.uk_UA
