Анотація
Розкрито законодавче та нормативно-правове підґрунтя запровадження інклюзивної освіти в Україні. У статті
здійснено аналіз правового забезпечення системи інклюзивної освіти в Україні. Проаналізовано ступінь відповідності
національного законодавства у галузі інклюзивної освіти міжнародним стандартам забезпечення права на освіту дітей з
особливими освітніми потребами. Доведено, що удосконалення національного законодавства відбувається у відповідності до
міжнародних норм і стандартів правового забезпечення інклюзивної освіти. Визначено, що головним негативним чинником,
який впливає на розвиток інклюзивної освіти, є брак фінансування, що гальмує, а інколи унеможливлює впровадження
інклюзивної освіти на практиці.
This article explores the evolution of low consolidation of inclusive education. Highlight its main essential components. Analyzed and presented examples of countries where inclusive education is developed more rapidly. Here reveals the legal and regulatory basis for the implementation of inclusive education in Ukraine. The article analyzes the legal system to ensure inclusive education in Ukraine. Article analyzed the degree of compliance of national legislation in the field of inclusive education with international standards to ensure the right to education of children with special educational needs. It is proved that the improvement of national legislation is in accordance with international norms and standards, legal support inclusive education. It was determined that the main negative factor affecting the development of inclusive education is the lack of funding that hinders or sometimes prevents the implementation of inclusive education in practice and stressed the unwillingness of the population to an adequate understanding of the problems related to adaptation in society of people with disabilities.
