Анотація
У статті розглянуто сутність та особливості ефективного управління вітчизняним підприємством. Автором визначені
основні інструменти управління промисловим підприємством. Розкрито сутність ціннісно-орієнтованого управління,
визначено його головні складові, доведено перспективність його використання на промислових підприємствах.
Запропоновано структурно-логічну послідовність етапів ефективного управління промисловим підприємством.
The article considers the nature and characteristics of effective home enterprise management. The basic tools of industrial enterprise are determined. The essence of value-oriented management is revealed, its main components are defined, promising use in the industry is proved. The main functions and methods as key tools of effective management enterprise are defined. A structural and logical sequence of effective management of industrial enterprise is proposed. It is noted that the main tool of effective management is the quality of management as a set of compliance management behaviour in a particular situation, which allows the enterprise to confidently hold on to rapid changes in the internal and external environments. It is proved that the main resource of the enterprise is successful personnel more than other factors, which determines the strategic success of the enterprise and its competitiveness.
