dc.description.abstractВ статті на основі аналізу даних Державної служби статистики України проаналізовано сучасний стан та динаміку валового внутрішнього продукту та чисельності населення України за останні дванадцять років. Побудовано кореляційну модель залежності валового внутрішнього продукту від чисельності населення, чисельності зайнятого населення та чисельності безробітних. Використовуючи кореляційну модель розраховано економічні втрати національного господарства України від безробіття. Проведено оцінку втратам ВВП внаслідок трудової еміграції працівників з України. Досліджено рівень ВВП на душу населення в доларовому еквіваленті на одного мешканця України та країн сусідів. Розраховано темпи випереджання ВВП на душу населення, за базу порівняння було взято ВВП на душу населення в Україні.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIn the article on the basis of analysis of data of Government service of statistics of Ukraine the modern state and dynamics of gross domestic product for the last twelve years are analysed. The correlational model of dependence of gross domestic product from the quantity of population, quantity of the employed population and quantity of unemployed persons is built. Direct correlational dependence between GDP and quantity of population, between GDP and employed population, and also reverse dependence between GDP and quantity of unemployed population is marked. The presence of connection between a cyclic unemployment rate and reduction of actual volume of the product as compared to the volume of product at full employment expressed by the law of Оuken is tested. It is marked, that the law of Оuken represents the real connection between an unemployment rate and GDP, however value  – coefficient to our opinion does not answer realities of economy of Ukraine. It is found out, that as a result of unemployment there is a break of GDP, on the that volume of product, that the economy of Ukraine reached on condition of full employment. In spite of that an unemployment rate goes down the disparity of GDP grows in the consequence of increase of absolute value of GDP. The economic losses of national economy of Ukraine from unemployment are calculated using a correlational model. An estimation to the losses of GDP as a result of labour emigration of workers from Ukraine is conducted. The comparative analysis of losses from emigration, profits of workers, that are sent and direct foreign investments into an economy of Ukraine is done. The level of GDP per capita in a dollar equivalent on one resident of Ukraine and neighbors’ countries is examined. The rates of outrunning of GDP per capita are counted, for the base of comparison GDP per capita in Ukraine was taken. It is marked, that the lowest size of GDP per capita among the neighbors’ countries is only in Moldova 1872 dollars on a person. However other countries substantially leave behind Ukraine so Belarus 2,58 times, Russia 3,94 times, Poland 6,76 times, Hungary 6,05, Lithuania 7,65 times. Thus we came to the conclusion, that the threats of national safety are a low level of gross value-added on one habitant, reduction of quantity of population, increase of quantity of unemployed persons and as a result labour emigrantsuk_UA
