Анотація
Стаття присвячена виявленню характерних тенденцій інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств,
підвищення якої є наразі однією з головних передумов стабільності та сталого розвитку економіки України. Досліджено
сучасний стан інноваційної діяльності вітчизняних підприємств; виділено чинники, що перешкоджають інноваційній
активності промислових підприємств та визначено напрями, спрямовані на активізацію інноваційної діяльності.
The article is devoted to the identification of typical trends of innovative activity of industrial enterprises, the increase of which is currently one of the main prerequisites for the stability and sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy. The purpose of the article is to study the current state of innovative development of Ukrainian industrial enterprises. The present state of innovative activity of domestic enterprises is investigated; the factors, that influence the innovative activity of industrial enterprises and the directions of innovative activity improving are determined. According to the analysis, more than a quarter century of the existence of an independent Ukraine, the dynamics of innovation processes are unstable and rather diverse. In order to improve the innovative activity of industrial enterprises, the necessity to consolidate all their efforts aimed at correcting scientific, technological and innovative policy closer to European standards has been proved. According to the results of the conducted research, it becomes obvious that the assessment of the current state of innovative development of domestic enterprises, as well as the formation of further measures to intensify innovation activities become of particular relevance. Without adjusting the state innovation policy, the awareness of the heads of enterprises of the need for innovation to achieve the main goal of economic growth, which is to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of industrial production, becomes impossible. Review of the current state of innovation allows domestic enterprises to form innovative strategies and identify areas of innovation, strategic innovation goals and innovative enterprises action program aimed at implementing its overall strategic objectives on the formation, maintenance and development of innovative capacity in the short term.
