Анотація
В статті обґрунтовано доцільність побудови системи управління організацією на засадах ключових показників
ефективності (КРІ). Здійснено спробу сформувати інформаційний базис для реалізації системи КРІ у менеджменті організацій
з урахуванням цільового підходу. Узагальнено підходи до класифікації показників КРІ та вимоги щодо їх формування.
Представлено послідовність побудови системи управління на засадах КРІ та практичні рекомендації щодо її реалізації.
The article substantiates the expediency of building an organization management system based on key performance indicators (KPI) that contribute to performance of achievement company's tactical and strategic goals. An attempt was made to form an informational basis for the implementation of the KPI system in the management of organizations, taking into account the target approach. The approaches for the classification of KPI indicators and requirements for their formation were generalized. The sequence of control system construction on the basis of KPI and practical recommendations for its implementation was presented. There were defined advantages, disadvantages and practical benefits, that companies would gain as a result of building the management system on the basis of the KPI.
